
Director of BODHI Buds, Haidee has been practicing yoga and meditation since childhood. She completed a 1 year immersion Kundalini Yoga training in Amritsar, India and later became a Certified Mindful Schools curriculum teacher.
With a Masters in Educational Studies, her passion for teaching extends to conducting educational research on the benefits of mindfulness for teachers and students in the achievement of educational goals.
Haidee is also the founder of YogaRemix, a yoga-fitness program that blends stillness of meditation with ridiculous fun. Her passion comes from making the transformative experience of yoga more accessible as she continues to dedicate herself to learning, assimilating, applying and sharing the practice.

BODHI founder, Bhaskar Goswami combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern lifestyle-improvement techniques to provide this unique perspective. From Assam, India, Bhaskar is a Yoga Consultant who has been deeply involved with the practice since the early 90’s. He is a certified teacher of traditional hatha yoga and a specialist in employing the principles of yoga for corporate performance enhancement.
Born into the yogic tradition, he comes from the lineage of Vasishtha, who is considered to be one of the founding fathers of this ancient practice. He has been trained at the Transcendental Meditation school of Assam in India, by Yogacharya Nandakumar in Kuwait and by Siromani Sriram and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in Canada. With a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham in England, Bhaskar has a 10 year international engineering career in petroleum, telecom, audio, acoustic and microelectronics industries, providing him with a strong understanding of the corporate environment.

Co-Founder of the BODHI Yoga Centers, Anna Jaxa-Rozen is a long time practitioner and certified yoga instructor in Hatha yoga, specialized in Prenatal Yoga. After studying in music and French literature, Anna set her heart on Education; currently a full-time 6th grade teacher and a dedicated mother of two, Anna is passionate about living in the oneness of God, body and nature. She is also a public speaker about mindful parenting as well as a Reiki practitioner.
Nature, children, love, music and African dancing are her inspiration. She is the source of great insight for the BODHI project.

Sophie has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She has studied under Masters such as Satya Aubert, Sriram and Bhaskar in the traditional Sivananda lineage as well as Karen Claffey in Anusara technique. With a Masters degree in Clinical Sexology, Sophie is most aware of the subtle and indivisible bond between the body and mind. She considers Yoga as a primordial tool for overall health.
Director of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, a rare genetic disorder, she’s been counselling families & individuals, raising funds and organizing leisure activities for handicapped children. A mother of 2, she is known for her caring, gentle and humorous personality. Sophie is one of the teachers at the West Island studio “BODHI – my yoga space”
Having survived Corporate Burnout, Rosanne discovered the healing benefits of yoga and meditation as a daily practice. With a curiosity to dig deeper she became a yoga teacher in 2004, trained under Dr Madan Bali, PhD.
Rosanne believes Life Experiences are to be shared, and so, has worked to help others survive and even avoid burnout through the regular practice of yoga and meditation. Rosanne now teaches subtle techniques of stress release, relaxation, body awareness, and how to anchor into calmness. She designs workshops to avoid burnout, and has been communicating to the BODHI community through the News Letter and blog.
Researcher toward McGill University with a PhD in Psychology, Nicolò trained in mindfulness meditation and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) toward the Center for Mindfulness (University of Massachusetts Medical School), directed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Nicolò certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher under the guidance of Yogacharia Sivadasananda, toward the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Austria. Integrating mindfulness and yogic practices with a scientific and evidence-based approach; Nicolò develops a synthesis of western and eastern contributions to well-being, aiming to offer the advantages of both.
A certified music-therapist and former professional violinist, Nicolò is capable of tailoring interventions using verbal as well as musical and non-verbal communication.

Director of BODHI business development, Martin was first inspired by the discipline of yoga and is guided by a well balanced and healthy lifestyle. Teaching traditional yoga for several years, he specializes in therapeutic yoga with different clienteles. Martin is also a certified practitioner of Thai Yoga Massage and leads workshops in Laughter Yoga (Hashya Yoga).
His varied experience and therapeutic approaches in mind-body, contributes to best meet the needs of its customers. He has evolved with people with intellectual and motor disabilities.
Quality manager by training, he is also currently working with BODHI as an health and wellness advisor.
